WayPoint - a four-minute, paper-and-pencil test (now computer-based too!) that assesses a driver's risk of having preventable and non-preventable collisions in a motor vehicle.  WayPoint profiles driving habits, strengths and weaknesses, and suggests counter-measures for collision avoidance.  The test assesses risk of dangerous and costly accidents in many operational settings.

Visual Search Aptitude Test is a nine (9) minute non-verbal test that assesses the ability of people to find target objects in a sea of visual noise.  Applications include aviation security (finding weapons on an X-ray screen), customs inspectors (finding contraband, etc.) and quality control inspectors (finding defects on a product).

Consulting services - working with loss control professionals, WRI helps companies quantify their human performance risks and choose the best strategy for reducing them, e.g. personnel selection, training, and management.

The high-energy X-ray image of the boat was taken at the Non-intrusive Inspection Technology Testbed, a prototype site under the auspices of U. S. Customs and ARPA. 

We developed the selection test for operators charged with finding contraband in the trucks, buses, containers and boats that were X-rayed.
