Michael B. Cantor, a human factors psychologist, is founder and president of WayPoint Research, Inc.  Dr. Cantor received a Ph.D. in experimental psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  That's Mike behind the wheel of his '85 Alfa Spyder.

Prior to his industrial career in quality assurance and training, which began in 1983, he was on the faculty and did basic research on information processing at Columbia University and at the University of Pennsylvania.  He is the author of over twenty papers and book chapters on information processing and the application of behavioral research in industry.
